Participating Businesses Ready To Serve The Soup

1st City Cafe - Fredonia Pho - A Vietnamese soup consisting of a foundation of rice noodles topped with thinly sliced chicken or substitute Korean beef. Steaming broth Sweet, Sour, Salty, and Umami is poured over the top and comes with a side of white sliced onions, cilantro, sliced fresh jalapenos, pickle radishes, charred lime hoisin sauce, and sriracha.

Auntie Pasta's - Pizza Soup. A tomato basil soup with Italian sausage, oven-baked with a pepperoni pizza crostini.

The Cottage Restaurant and Bar - The Cottage's Beer Cheese Soup, is a powerhouse triage featuring Angry Axe IPA from Fredonia Brewery and Spicy Popcorn from Susu's Popcorn.

Turn in your cards to the Visitors Center at 200 East Main by Thursday, February 15, 2024. If you try at least two of the soups you will be entered in a drawing for $100.
