New Christian Private School Coming This Fall In Lufkin, Texas
There are already at least two faith-based private schools in the Lufkin area that supplement the offerings from Lufkin Independent School District. St.Patricks Catholic School and St. Cyprian's Episcopal School are the ones that come to mind.
There will now be a new private school in Lufkin offering an education not administered by local, state, or government officials. Lufkin Christian Academy is now taking applications for kindergarten through twelfth-grade students and is set to open up for the 2022 - 2023 school year.
How Much Is Tuition At Lufkin Christian Academy?
Though you can go to a LISD public school or a charter school like Pineywoods Community Academy in Lufkin for free, private schools charge fees because they don't get money from your tax dollars.

Where Is The Lufkin Christian Academy?
Looking at their website and Facebook posts I'm not seeing a clear indication of where the school will actually be. They had a meeting about the school back in March at Cornerstone UPC.
The school could be there or at the Pentecostal Campground in Lufkin. It is clear that Lufkin Christian Academy is of the Pentecostal denomination.
Pastor David Hunt of Eastview UPC is prominently featured in the video on their Facebook page. I believe that choice is a great thing and this just might be the education that you are seeking for your children.
