New Downtown Lufkin Mural is Amazing [PHOTO]

Check out this new mural on the wall of Furniture Fetish in downtown Lufkin. It's on the corner of Angelina and Shepherd. Charlie and Adel Becker painted the mural on Memorial weekend. They have their own art studio downtown.

They are apparently very talented! Both are teachers and since school is out for the summer, you can usually find them in their downtown studio painting or making jewelry. While they were painting, lots of people stopped in traffic to comment on The Starry Night Mural. So it really works to bring attention to downtown. This is another example of downtown merchants working together to keep downtown going in the right direction.
