Where people are moving to Texas from shouldn't matter except in terms of how it benefits Texas. In all the recent surveys and charts about where people have moved to and from the most in America, they didn't include any data about the quality of people moving.

It just automatically includes everyone. Cities want to lure the best and the brightest, along with their tax dollars.
