The 4th Annual Chick-O-Treat is at the Atkinson Candy Company located at 1608 West Frank Avenue in Lufkin, Texas on Monday, October 30th from 4 PM to 6 PM. Use the entrance by the Spud to make all your candy dreams come true.

Halloween costumes are encouraged at the event and candy is guaranteed. In past years trick-or-treaters have even decorated their vehicles for the occasion.

Trick-or-treating during the pandemic wasn't a thing. Workers at Atkinson Candy Company were worried that local kids weren't going to get any candy.

That's what started the event at the candy maker that's made its home in Lufkin for the past 90+ years. Now that things are back to normal, they continue doing this event for Lufkin area kids.
