Angelina County Felony Offenders Dec 2nd -10th, 2024

From December 2nd to December 10th, 2024 there were 18 felony arrests in Angelina County. This week we added a few days to get caught up.

There are 251 inmates in the Angelina County Jail in Texas according to angelinacounty.net.

Same Charges 10 Years Later

We continue the theme from last week of Angelina County arrests involving the same people. Names that seem familiar keep popping up, and a quick search leads to very similar results.

According to the Lufkin Daily News in 2014 Lufkin Police took Marquiez Jermaine Jackson to jail on drug charges and trying to flee. Police were responding to a report of an assault in progress.

He was arrested on charges of evading arrest with a previous conviction, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify, theft, failure to appear, and tampering with government records.

The Charges Remain The Same For Lufkin Felon

Now Jackson is back in jail again for evading arrest with a previous conviction, a third-degree felony. Looking back on the reports he has been convicted of evading arrest twice and is working on a third.

This past week there were 6 females arrested for a felony and 12 men. Most of the women were arrested for drug charges.

Chelsea Williams was charged with child endangerment, abandonment, and putting a child in danger of imminent bodily injury a third-degree felony.
