Felony Arrests In Angelina County March 10 – 15
The man that allegedly shot over 30 rounds into the air, amid other crimes, outside the Houston County Sheriff's Office in Crockett, now sits in the Angelina County Jail. Clifford Heniser, 34, was moved to our facility 46 miles away for the safety of the Houston County Sheriff's Officers (and likely the accused).

I know officers don't like it when someone comes onto their property and escalates a situation like this. According to KTRE, Heniser went into the lobby, claiming to be a federal agent wanting to inspect records.

He was wearing blue jean overalls and a sleeveless t-shirt at the time, so I don't think the dispatcher believed him. When he was told that officers were en route, he left and according to authorities, came back with an AR-15 rifle.

While Heniser was in the parking lot popping off rounds, dispatchers hid under their desks and called for help. Once officers arrived and put Heniser into custody, they found another pistol, four more rifle magazines, and over 300 rounds of ammo in his truck.
Heniser is charged with impersonating an officer, unlawfully carrying a weapon, criminal trespass, and deadly conduct.
