UPDATE: No Current Plans To Close Lufkin Bed Bath & Beyond

Yesterday, we posted an article asking whether or not the Lufkin Bed Bath & Beyond would be closing. Since the company is planning on closing about 40 stores this year, it's a legitimate question. If you missed the article, you can check it out at the link below:

We decided to reach out to Bed Bath & Beyond to see if we could get an answer to this question. And, we got this answer...

"Rest assured, we have no current plans to close the Lufkin, TX store location at this time!" The answer went on to talk about how the company was taking the time to invest in store design and online solutions.

However, the part that really piqued our interest was that BB&B in Lufkin IS NOT closing! So, there you go. We got our answer. Phew...
