Texas DPS Offering Thousands To Find These Wanted Men
- Help find these fugitives
- Most are sex offenders
- Suspects escaped custody
- Massive multi-department manhunts
The search for some of these 46 fugitives has been ongoing for years. Others have just recently started on their path to avoid law enforcement.
The Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Crime Stoppers, and the Texas Governor's Office put out a list of the most wanted looking for your tips. They identify the offenders that pose the most immediate threat to public safety, thus fulfilling their mission.
Some of the rewards are substantial. If you have information that leads to the capture of one of the suspects on this list, you are entitled to the amount designated for each person.
One Texas Fugitive is Featured Each Month For A Even Higher Reward
This month they have raised the amount for Larry Ray Capko to $3,000. He goes by a variety of names, such as Larry Ray Capco, Larry Capcoat, and Larry Ray Cornstuble.
He has identifying tattoos on his neck, chest, abdomen, both arms and legs, and left hand, as well as a scar of note on his head. Capko is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender, failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, and sexual assault of a child.
In the past, he has been charged with criminally negligent homicide and should be considered armed and dangerous. His last known location was in Springtown, Texas.
Capko has also been affiliated in the past with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang. If you have information that could lead to his arrest submit your tip through the DPS mobile app, website, or Facebook page. Or call the Texas Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS.
